By creating an account or using Komo you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Komo. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant Komo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate the service. You're responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the rights to share it.
Don't use Komo to harass, threaten, or impersonate others. Don't post unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent content. Don't spam, scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Komo helps coordinate events but we are not the organizer. You attend events at your own risk and should use good judgment when meeting people you don't already know in person.
The Komo name, logo, app, and underlying software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to them beyond what's necessary to use the service.
You can stop using Komo at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.
Komo is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not responsible for the actions of other users.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Komo and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Komo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
